Are you interested in learning more about a specific area of nutrition or would you like more information on a particular health condition? Seminars & workshops are a fantastic way to gain knowledge about food and nutrition, and the role that healthy eating plays in improving illness.
Debora offers group/employee seminars and lunch ‘n learn-type style workshops. A team of healthy, happy employees will mean a productive and successful business, with a decrease in employee absences due to sick days and lower insurance costs needed to cover medical expenses. If you are an employer, you’ll want to help your team gain the knowledge needed to achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle! Are your friends and family also interested in learning about nutrition? Let me start off by saying that this NOT a diet! I don’t believe in dieting. Diets are unbalanced, restrictive, and unrealistic. My program is about eating real food! Food that will nourish your body and make you feel healthy, happy and vibrant. There is no counting calories, no portion control, and no fancy fare; just simple, clean, delicious recipes using real, whole foods. After all, when you feed your body good food that is free from artificial ingredients, sugar, and preservatives, you give your body a chance to feel and look the way it should…HEALTHY!
What exactly is this program about? Well, its goal is to get you feeling like a better version of yourself. You won’t feel sluggish, tired or “blah” on my program and as for any weight loss; if you need to lose weight, you will, and if you don’t, you won’t! Actually, your body will determine that for you. All you need to worry about is eating my clean meals and following a few easy steps to get you where your body feels at its best.

Do you love smoothies? Do you want to learn how to make smoothies that are both healthy and delicious? Than this workshop is for you! Come out for a casual evening of hands-on fun where I will teach you how to make 3 new smoothie recipes that you (and your body) will love. In this workshop, you will learn how smoothies can boost energy levels, increase nutrient intake, help you lose weight and much more. I will also teach you about important ingredients that are essential for good health and various superfoods that can help with common symptoms from migraines to PMS. This seminar will provide information on better ways of managing everyday stress through nutrition and lifestyle changes. Instructional material will be provided for each participant.

This 2-part series will teach you how to apply the basic principles of natural nutrition to your diet, so that you can be on your way to better health and wellness. The typical Canadian diet of refined, processed foods and lack of physical activity have contributed to this illness.
