Are you overwhelmed with all of the health and diet information out there? Are you confused about what is healthy and what isn’t? If you are ready to look and feel better but don’t know where to start this workshop is for you! This 2-part series will teach you how to apply the basic principles of natural nutrition to your diet, so that you can be on your way to better health and wellness. In this series, you will learn all about what good carbohydrates, fats, and proteins can do for you. You will gain knowledge on how to improve digestion, so that you can reap the full benefits of a healthy diet. You will also learn about various food combinations that enhance nutrient absorption and understand why proper hydration is crucial for optimal health. As well, you will learn about additives and preservatives that are used in packaged foods and the health concerns with them. You will become a pro at reading nutrition labels and ingredient lists; and will never be fooled by false health claims again!
