One Week Sugar-Free Challenge
With each new year, comes new year resolutions. For most of us, these resolutions involve some kind of health and wellness goals. Even as a holistic nutritionist I’m always looking to improve something about my diet. However, as life gets in the way most of these resolutions are often forgotten about by February. So, I thought it would be fun to create a challenge that would benefit everyone! My One Week Sugar-Free Challenge is designed to help keep you motivated to reach your health and wellness goals for 2018!
My program is focused on eliminating the one thing that has a huge impact on our health and the thing we can all eat less of …SUGAR! You may not know it but you are eating more sugar than you realize. So I’m challenging you to go one full week without the sweet stuff; even the healthy kind. Sugar can wreak havoc on your health and because it’s addictive it can definitely be hard to resist. However, with my one-week menu plan you’ll be fueling yourself with healthy, fresh foods that your body is really craving! After one week, you can expect to feel more energetic, be more clear-headed, and even lose a few pounds!
In my e-book, you’ll learn about what sugar does to your body when you eat it, the sneaky names it hides under, and you’ll get tips to help reduce your sugar cravings. Of course, you’ll also receive my one week menu plan, which includes over 19 recipes. Plus, I’ve done the work for you and created a grocery list and added my time-saving food prep tips, to get you on your way to a healthy and naturally sugar-free diet. My menu plan is dairy-free, gluten-free (opt.), and plant-based easily made vegan; so it works for everyone! If you aren’t up to the challenge, don’t worry you can still get my eBook simply for the yummy recipes! Also, to be clear, this challenge is something you do on your own.
